Meat Development Program – Business Skills for Emerging Leaders
The Meat Development Program gives the next generation of meat industry leaders in Australia and New Zealand the tools they need to achieve excellence for themselves and their businesses.
Participants will learn crucial professional skills including effective communication, commercial acumen and strategic thinking to help drive themselves, their companies and the industry as a whole to the next level. The program uses various practical and applied learning methods entwined with meat industry content to ensure program relevance and practicality.

Registration fee:$5,450 plus GST (credit cards incur a 2% surcharge). This includes instruction, accommodation, all meals, books and supplies.

The 3 day, fully residential format comprises a mix of experiential learning activities, a business simulation, case studies and the application of learning through team presentations. These action learning methods will continually link back to the participants’ real world issues and situations identified in pre-program goal setting discussions between each participant, their manager and the Program Director.
